Live Healthy 24 began after the owner, started out with her own health journey. She was 50 pounds overweight and decided she needed to do something about it. She joined a weight loss challenge and from there she learned how to eat right and take care of her body. This motivated her to help other people. She started off by taking classes on nutrition and learning what she could. In 2013 she became certified as a Piloxing instructor and Live Healthy 24 grew from there.
We have several different fitness formats and are non-membership based! We are happy to help people learn how to Live Healthy 24 with nutrition and fitness. When you are looking for fitness classes, nutritional smoothies and teas, or if you need wellness coaching, come to us to get in the best shape ever!
One of the best parts? We don’t charge any membership fees!
