About Fundraizing Partner
Realities for Children in Boulder County Colorado provides several programs enabling young adults to achieve self-sufficiency through scholarships, life skills training, partnerships with local organizations and more. We also operate Polaris House, a living program for youth who are in transition and are working and/or taking classes. This housing opportunity plays a key role when recognizing that the majority of the youth who age out of foster care will experience homelessness at least once. Polaris House has supported over 165 at risk teens since its opening in 2003.
